Refund Policy

At Balance Kimonos, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we are here to assist you through the process.

Our refund policy allows you to return items in resalable condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Whether you wish to exchange the item, receive a refund, or a store credit, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are crumpled, not folded correctly, or damaged will be subject to a minimum restocking fee.
  • Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team. They will provide you with a return label free of charge for orders over $100 (Canada orders only).

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your requested exchange, refund, or store credit. Please note that refunds to your credit card will be subject to a deduction of $8.95 to cover part of the return shipping cost.

For international orders, shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
